1. Who we are
These terms apply when you use www.hackysecurity.ae or store.hackysecurity.ae, or buy a course from Hacky Security Private Limited ("we"), Plot No. 57, Phase-1, Industrial Area Phase II, Chandigarh, Chandigarh, India 160002. 2. Your account
Your account is created with the email you give at checkout or when you redeem a coupon. Keep your password private. One account is for one person: do not share it.
3. Access
A paid course opens 48 hours after payment. You keep access for life, including free updates, unless the course is refunded or we pause access for misuse.
4. Labs
Use the labs only for the course, and only against the lab machines you are given. Do not attack, scan or test anything outside them.
5. Exams and certificates
Exam attempts are free until you pass. The exam opens 7 days after purchase. Certificates do not expire and anyone can check them on /verify.
6. Refunds
Our Refund Policy explains when you can cancel and how refunds are paid.
7. Your data
Our Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect and how we use it.
8. Disputes and contact
Disputes are handled by the courts of Chandigarh, India, unless the law where you live says otherwise. Email support@hackysecurity.com.
