How do I create an account?
Your account is created automatically when you buy a course, using the name and email address you give at checkout.
Are the course and labs available immediately after purchase?
Yes. The course and labs open straight away. If the level has an exam, you can take it once 7 days have passed.
Are there any live classes?
No. All courses are self-paced: video lessons, written notes and hosted labs. You can ask questions by email or in our Discord.
Do I have to start at Level 1?
No. If you already have the experience, you can buy Level 2 or Level 3 directly.
What happens if I fail the exam?
You can try again. Exam attempts are free until you pass.
Do your certifications expire?
No. Our certifications do not expire.
How long do I have access to the course?
For life. That includes the labs and every future update to the course.
How do I get a Purchasing Power Parity discount?
Click Buy now on a course page. Any discount for your country is applied at checkout automatically.
Do you offer student or veteran discounts?
We do not offer specific student or military discounts.
Can I get a refund?
You can cancel within 14 days of purchase. If you have already started the course, we deduct the part you have used. Refunds are paid within 5 working days.
Can I get an invoice for my order?
Yes. Every order comes with a VAT invoice in AED.
